• PII and Calendar Data Segregation: Any personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, addresses, birthdays, calendar entries, or pictures, is securely stored in a segregated database. This database is separate from our primary processing systems and is never shared with third-party AI or language model providers.

• Read-Only Access: Our app accesses calendar events to support scheduling and timely reminders, based on your preferences. Calendar event data is stored securely in this segregated database and is used solely for your benefit.

• Transparency of Email Rules: Your email rules are always accessible and modifiable within the app. Simply go to Settings > Email - Privacy Rules to view, edit, or delete your active rules.
